Order process

When you order on our website, you do not have to pay online.

After receiving your purchase order, we have to calculate freight costs according to :

- place where it will be sent

- the total weight

Then we call you back to give you the quote and to make the payment.

 If you choose shipping in France, you have to know that delivery is free in Metropolitan France from 100€ (VAT excluded).

IMPORTANT:

These conditions are valid only for packages lower than 2 meters high and 30kg.

Beyond these standards, orders are sent ex-works. The buyer is in charge of the carrier.

European Union (adjacent countries from France):

- You need a VAT number to be exonerated from VAT

- Freight costs are calculated according package weight and the place to deliver.
